DUFFHUES is a filmmaker, songwriter, musician, author, artist, creating songs, instrumental, short stories, video art and experimental cinema. He performs his songs as a solo artist and has, since 2001, released 9 albums. He shows his films and video’s at exhibitions, online, in publications and as audiovisual concert (cineconcert).

From an unconventional and existentional perspective Niels connects video, music, soundscapes and writing. In his art beauty can be found is on the gloomy side of existence, resulting in a musical, literary or cinematic experience that is tragic, dark, hypnotizing and reverberating under the skin. He lives in The Netherlands.
